Does this file do anything
canada_here_extended_2013.q3_131202_(rich).poi
It is in the content/poi folder but nothing shows when i do a search only my personal poi files which are in content/userdat/poi

If you use the extended poi file, you must have the normal poi file as well.

The extended poi doesn't work on its own.

I have the same issued, I check my SD card in the content/poi folder. canada_here_extended_2013.q3_131202_(rich).poi and Canada_HERE_2013.Q3_131120.poi, both are there but I still can't see any POI and for 0 result show in quick search or search at GPS. Any help will ne greatly appreciated, Thank you!!

I have both of the files but still cannot see any poi's from igo

Just replace the existing one...
