The link you copied is incomplete, could be copied as is in the post, but we don't know where you found it, so we cannot correct it there.

I named it map and not maps... I think it wasI was using an older version of iGO with newer versions of the maps..... Compatibility....

the Europe 2013.03 maps? In combination with an 8.3.5? That should work !! Maybe the downloaded map is a faulty download?

I would like to give a big Thanks to you all who has helped me out.

I have got it working as I wanted!

I started again with this THREAD: http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?910-How-to-install-iGO8-from-scratch.

I have downloaded the http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?13684-iGO-8-3-5-220904-ASL version, small, clean, neat, no customization,very good pure BASE install. Almost empty sys.txt GREAT!

Then I followed the instructions in the iGO8 from scratch instructions.

Copied to the SD, started it from SD, no errors, no need for editing the sys.txt, it works in 320x240 portrait.

Then I copied the Q1.2013 Maps onto the SD and it works together!
I renamed the file from the ASL to iGO8.exe and I installed cLauch for PPC to have an iGO8 icon on the Today screen on the MioP350.

This I will do again for my Mio P360.
