But when I try the

DECENT_SKIN_6.5.1_MULTI_FOR_P2.4
or
GjAk_SkinPack_v1.09_P24_20130121

I get the error:

Failed to open file:
ui_igo\800_480\ui\brand_params.css
exiting application

Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

I think this release of Primo is supposed to be version 2.0 and the skins you used are for Primo 2.4 which are not compatible.

This sounds very good. However, I don't use much of any Primo [only iGO8] so I can't say for sure.

I can confirm your suspicions, it's a Primo 2.0 version.
It works fine with the skins gjak_1.08 and DECENT_SKIN_4.2_MULTI.
