If you can manage to run Total Commander on the device...from the SD Card... (which can view hidden files/folders/drives), you might be able to copy hidden stuff to the SD Card...then to your PC if needed.

Have now managed to move the two files that I thought it may have been to the bluetooth folder on the SD card. The .exe file appears to be BTSuite, and stays in the text file when restarted, but doesnt seem to do anything when I click on the bluetooth icon in the quick menu.

Now worked out that it needs a long click for it to do something.

Now a box opens up with the word "phone" (which is what I named the .exe file), but when I click on that, it puts up the different available external programs list again!!

What would I need to do to get the dialpad up?

That's a good question. And I have no idea...it could be any *.EXE particular to your device.
BUT....moving/copying just a file or two from ResidentFlash drive to SD Card is probably not going to cut it. Entire folders may need to be copied, and even then some things may not work if they depend on set paths to core Windows files, or files in other folders, etc.
