primo android 9.6.7 map issue

hi i was wondering if i could ask your assistance please?

ive installed the android primo to my galkaxy s3, ive used the same maps,dem,buildings as i have on my car unit which are the latest but the map does not show? its showing the demographic but its not showing roads? any ideas?

That certainly is curious. Any maps that run on iGo8.3 forward should be compatible with any Primo version...including Android.
Is it possible the map file got corrupted in the copy process?
If so, try again (delete the map..do not "over-write").
Another possible explanation might be a licensing issue/difference between the car unit and the Android device. In that case, try a fresh map downloaded from here:

i did like you said deleted the maps and transferred fresh and now it works a treat! your a star and look forward to more of your work in the future.
