Primo Android 9.6.7 Problem

C:\Users\David\Downloads\primo android\Primo Andy NEW\(filename).rar: CRC failed in the encrypted file (filename)\iGo\data.zip. Corrupt file or wrong password.
It was not a wrong password...
Is it possible to post up or email me the data.zip, as I believe this is causing the problems Yurbuh Tuggly?

Also be aware...depending what you extract the RAR file with, sometimes you cannot copy/paste a password. You must manually type it in fully.

I always type password in, I have extracted three times and I get the same - corrupt \data.zip and on inspection other bits were missing.
Doing loading from another option you gave.

Just downloaded from one of the links at random (Zippyshare because it is fast). Extracted with WinRar..no errors and nothing is missing.
You are not trying to extract/decompress directly to the phone, are you?

Well, I reckon something is wrong here, a re-up of the files wouldn't go amiss. It would appear that they are all corrupt.

1) You are using the wrong password
2) There is something wrong with your WinRar (which is unlikely).

The phone runs android 2.4 and the result this time is:
Missing or incomplete folder:
/data/data/com.navngo.igo.javaclient/content/voice
I have checked the download files and the files loaded onto the phone, everything is present and correct.
I installed SYGIC and no problems at all, so, over to you and by the way, I am a systems analyst.
