I can recreate the error if I rename the iGO folder on sdcard to Primo

A thought occurs, is sdcard actually called sdcard on the device?

Mine ends with data!

As I mentioned earlier, with the Sony Expiera U, the memory is internal. No slot for a SD card.

Don't worry, I have just taken Sygic out for a test drive and it was perfect all the way and I am happy with that, it does the job.

My sincere thanks to all who have helped me on this, I appreciate the effort you have put in. Great job and proves this is the best Navi site going!

The (newer) included sys.txt should handle all of these:
linked_root_list="/sdcard2/iGO /sdcard/iGO /sdcard/sd/iGO /sdcard/external_sd/iGO /mnt/sdcard/iGO /mnt/sd/iGO /mnt/iGO /storage/iGO /mnt/sdcard/sd/iGO /mnt/sdcard/external_sd/iGO /mnt/exsdcard/iGO /mnt/sdcard/extStorages/SdCard/iGO /ext_card/iGO /mnt/ext_card/iGO /mnt/extSdCard"

Any other name for the {storage name} can be edited in (?). But that would be a very unique situation, I would think.

Android can be confusing as on my Samsung galaxy s2 the internal memory is called sdcard and the actual SD card is called external_sd, so when I refer to sdcard I'm not referring to a SD card.

Also weirdly if I rename the iGO folder to anything other than iGO or Primo, I get "Insert your iGO SD card", so I'm guessing (!) your internal memory may not be called sdcard?

Either way Sygic is still an excellent choice!
