You first likely have to "unlock" the device...wait for Fatboyfun on this, I'm sure he may have some recommendations on how to do this safely.
Also, be aware that, according to what I found on the unit, it has 64MB Ram and 480x272 resolution. So it may run Primo just fine, as long as you choose your options carefully (Primo really wants 128MB Ram in order to optimally run with all options enabled).
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Since I have the same device, go with this. This is what I have on my C320 and it works 110%.

Unlock http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?3290-My-3.3-internal-Flash-drive-with-the-Mio-unlock-already-contained

Primo program http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?5500-November-Primo-1.1-from-my-device

You don't say where you live. So, once you have done the above and are ready to go post again so we can help you with content. BTW, Primo uses the same content as iGO8.

Take a closer look at this : http://www.navitotal.com/forumdisplay.php?65-iGO-MioMap-and-other ;)
And when you don't find it (because it isn't there (anymore), then there is this : http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?7346-Requests-Make-your-requests-for-iGo-Primo-here

There is this for NA http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?11577-US-CANADA-NAVTEQ-Maps-POIs-HNR-HNR-FSP-FDA-Buildings-Extended-POIs-2012.Q2 If you tell me what states you need I can upload just those states from the previous version.

This is Colombia. However an older map

I must be doing something wrong, the colombian map doesn´t work, I put it below the basemap, is this where it should be?

Yes. It should be included with the others [.fbl] [including the basemap] in content\map. When you go to "about" in settings, then choose map, does the Colombian map show up in the content?
