primo 2 doesnt not work with radio car chinese

There should be a crash log file (I think it is called crash.txt) in the iGo folder of your SD card. This may give a clue about what is happening.

It might also be something to do with voltage surges as you start the car. Can you leave the GPS off for the first minute?

After re reading your 1st post Im leaning towards an issue with the Unit not Primo.

I am having a similiar problem with caska Chinese double din, except mine just freezes randomly and I have to eject card and reinsert to reset.

Where do I get copy of i3 primo2 or identify it as i3
