Done that, but it didn't help. I've even tried using Internet Explorer - still no good. So I tried to download it using an Android tablet - still the same error message.

Silly question: are we talking about the same attachment ?

I suspect it is account-related, not device or browser. Try registering as a new user and downloading it.

Clicking on the link in post #29 didn't work? I did it with no problem either. It went to a download window immediately without captchas or anything else.

Well, if it's one of those "5 posts required" things, you just hit the number.

The 5 posts needed to send PM? Navitotal discarded that limit some time ago.
What other 5 posts? What am I missing?

Well, I still can't download using the LINK button, but the text link worked just fine.

Good for you. Glad you finally got it. Hopefully, it'll all work out.

Sadly, having got it and installed it, I'm still as stuck as I was. I can put the files on the SD card and run the primo.apk which installs something. Then when I click the new app on the device, it says "installing Primo" (thought I'd already done that, but no matter) and the splash screen shows with the progress bar. It gets some of the way then stops to ask me which language to use. I chose UK English (though it is the same if I choose US English). Click Done and off it goes again, but just before the progress bar gets to the end, Primo vanishes.

I tried moving it into the phone's internal SD card and editing sys.txt to point to the new location, but it still asked for the SD Card. I tried having a copy in both the internal memory and the SD card, and it still didn't work. I'd hoped to find a crash.txt or similar, but there doesn't seem to be one.

Any ideas, anyone?

Start again from the beginning, do a force stop, clear data, uninstall

Check the primo folder is set up correctly with minimal content and no other igo folders exist

Then reinstall primo

Done all that. Still the same.

I should have also said to delete the save folder as well, so retry the above and delete the save folder as well.

I did delete the save folder
