I'm just saying that you should stay with iGO8 if it worked for you. I personally like it better than Primo anyway. There is so much more you can do with it IMHO. As regards the guest, you're still showing up as a guest on my computer. If you registered and logged in with your password then this is a job that our admin, Capo, has to address. Can you download anything from here?
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.

I always stick with original softwares cause the devices pays me back my money by saving fuel:)

i have a Next Ye-G 828 which has igo 8 on it (Original, lifetime update)

and i have one of the best devices around: Next Ye-G 5055 (SiRFatlasVI™, True 1ghz processor with TMC etc.) and it has Primo 2.4 on it.(i'm using with DimkaWA skin) it has an amazing recalculating speed no need to compare to my other device.So when i compare Primo has some good advantages. Like realtime calculating of Fuel Cost (so i can see which route is the cheapest to go), Route alternatives are easier to plan,very effective TMC support, real time route alternatives in case of traffic, some IU improvements...

You know, it was very weird for me to upgrage from the old igo 6 to igo 8. I think this is the same situation:) Maybe the skin makers will take care of everything like they did with igo 8.

Note: i can download without any problem. Thanks:)

I'm using primo 2.4 with DimkaWA P171 GpsForum skin.

My problem is i want my device to warn me before every 800, 500,300 and 100 meters away from every turn , or from every road change regardless my speed i've tried the one like the following line with and without skin but no success, i think this is only working for speedcams:)

[warning]
warn_distances=''100:1200,90:800,0:500,0:300,20:100''

I'm NOT talking about speedcams, the stock speedcam alerts are just fine. I just one this for regular alerts for turns But i think primo 2.4 does not have such an option to modify these settings.

Any idea for this?

Goto Menu Settings > Sounds and Warnings > Speechlength
Set speechlength to maximum
