Why you cannot? No button? No reaction, but button is there?
Can it be you have a device with a resolution 480*234 while 480*272 is expected, thus the done button is off screen ?

Sorry mayong, by this I don't know what is wrong.
You can touch the buttons? The done button too? But the button don't react? Or can you not see the done button?

I've had problems in the past with wvga devices where the touch screen buttons don't align with the buttons on screen, ie different button reacts to the button tapped, usually this is because the sys txt is setup for the wrong resolution dir and stretch=1 is selected.

You are right but I can not make out if it's an alignment issue or a wrong resolution issue, if it's hardware (calibration) or software. We simply need more info.

You can see the buttons, touch them and they don't react? That is clear now.
2 possible solutions:
(1) you screen needs alignment/calibration, check your manual for how to do it.
(2) a software (Primo) thing. You are using the same Primo on your phone? copied from phone to double din?
I would like to know what resolution is your phone, your double din and what is your sys.txt?

Forgot to ask you which Primo
If Primo 1.0: download a new data.zip [Please Register or Login to download file] ,[/URL] rename to data.zip
If Primo 1.1: download a new data.zip [Please Register or Login to download file] , then unrar it.

Replace your data.zip with the download.

Now open sys.txt in notepad (or similar) and delete the contents, copy/paste what follows and close sys.txt.

[interface]
show_exit=1
extra_settings=1
resolution_dir="800_480"
vga=0

[rawdisplay]
highres=0
screen_x=800
screen_y=480
class="landscape"
