That is a 3rd party upload, in no way prepared or maintained by the iGO team on Navitotal.

Did you see the edit?
EDIT: Comment by sklim: "The IGO PRIMO i3 will not work properly without a sys.txt file containing "csv_voice" command. I have tested the software. It is fantastic piece.".
Currently sleeping...

And in a rather peculiar section...due to it's dual purpose I suppose.
I saw that before but assumed it was just maps (based on it's size, etc). Whatever it may include for a Program is unknown. Not downloaded or tested by me so I have no opinion on it, but it seems it might be one of the "i-3" builds which have shown themselves to be a bit special...and troublesome for some. In any case, it may not be an "Official" build from NNG and so dealing with any irregularities could end up to be frustrating.

The fact that it apparently uses (exclusively?) the older CSV voices that go all the way back to Primo 1.1 (?) instead of the newer Nuance LUA voices introduced in Primo 1.2 confirms that it is something that is not current from NNG. So things like TTS Driver Alerts may not work as expected.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

If I may interject, Filesupload100 is a straight shooter and an OK guy. If there is something wrong with his upload, it's not because he did something on purpose to screw people up! I say this because I don't want folks thinking all his uploads are incorrect. Should he have presented his upload to the mods first before posting - probably yes. Especially when it comes to a program. Should he have written a more definable title for his upload or written a more complete post - yes.

EDIT: I made an edit in his post.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.

I didn't test this version since I don't have the infrastructure for doing this.
When I got the input from "sklim", it gave me the confidence that this version is working proper.
Here is a list of UK voice files (of total of 46 voice files) that included in this package:
Voice_Eng-uk-f1 - Philippa v1.0.zip
Voice_Eng-uk-f2 - Elizabeth v1.0.zip
Voice_Eng-uk-f3.zip
Voice_Eng-uk-f3-lua.zip
Voice_Eng-uk-m1 - Thomas v1.0.zip
Voice_Eng-uk-m2-lua.zip

You can download this UK files from [Please Register or Login to download file] . As I can see, LUA files are included.
I don't have the knowledge to check if this is the needed files, but maybe one of the experts here whould.
