Try SDCARD, SD CARD, SD/MMC, Storage Card, STORAGECARD. Who knows?

Maybe your device is still really in "active sync" mode and not in "mass storage" mode. If it's in "active sync" mode, you can still access it from your pc provided that you have active sync software (for XP) or windows mobile device center (WMDC for vista or windows7) installed on the PC. Try installing active sync software (or WMDC for windows7/vista) on your PC and see if your devices gets recognized by your PC. It does not matter if igo/primo is still running, you would still see your device as connected to the PC. Active sync or WMDC can be downloaded from microsoft for free.

I am sure my device is in active sync because there are only 2 options, mass storage and active sync. I will downloade windows mobile device center now and let you guys know does it work.

EDIT: I connected my device but it still says that the wmdc is not connected
