I assume that you are speaking of selecting a laguage before Primo actually starts. Done button should not be grayed out. Two things you could try: 1. There might already be a "save" folder in the Primo root. So delete it, completely turn-off your device, wait a few seconds and try restarting. 2. You might have d/l a broken program so d/l it again.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.

Make sure you are using the language files from 1.1 and not from 1.0. The 1.0 language files are not all compatible with 1.1.

EDIT: Good point!

And: since no voice files are found, you should at least check if voice files are present in the content/voice folder.
Also if there is specified any path to the content folder (in sys.txt ), and if so, is it correct?

I'll try but I have to know your device's full name and if there is a page we can look at for the specifications. I see something in the opening post but is that the full name?

You may want to look here for the info. [Please Register or Login to download file]

Do you already have a navigation program on your device where you might find the port and baud rate? I've found this but is it correct?
COM1
Baud Rate 4800
NMEA protocols

EDIT: Instead of Primo, you might be better with this:
http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?1837-Working-iGO-8.3-from-my-device

Also, since your device appears to be WinCE 4.2, you will need the proper .dlls:
