problem with IGO Primo truck setting

Can somebody help me please, i set up the truck settings (height width and so on) but i still get routed through low bridges. Any help would be great thanks :confused:

Please note that the special truck information is only available in Germany, Belgium, Austria, France,
Spain, Italy and the Netherlands
In all other countries, the truck profiles are not
supported.

I live in UK so that`s me knackered them!

I have a United Kingdom.ftr file with my copy of UK Navteq maps.

I don't drive a truck, so i don't use truck profiles, I can upload if needed...

Do you already have the UK Navteq maps and just need the ftr file?

Have you got the right license supporting truck info?
