problem with IGO Primo truck setting

Can somebody help me please, i set up the truck settings (height width and so on) but i still get routed through low bridges. Any help would be great thanks :confused:

Only Navteq maps support truck routing. And you need truck files (extension .ftr).

Please note that the special truck information is only available in Germany, Belgium, Austria, France,
Spain, Italy and the Netherlands
In all other countries, the truck profiles are not
supported.

I live in UK so that`s me knackered them!

I have a United Kingdom.ftr file with my copy of UK Navteq maps.

I don't drive a truck, so i don't use truck profiles, I can upload if needed...

Yes,i have the navteq 2010.q1_100622 map. if you have all the same files that would be lovely

Have you got the right license supporting truck info?
