Bad and sad news !! My goodness ..
It still gets stuck at the same stage "POI Manager Init" ... gosh ... any other advice ?

search in Google for ceregeditor

But, before you change some things, backup your registry !!!!

good news !!!

It is now working... I got advice to put in a parameter into sys.txt as below ... and it's back ... thanks god !!!

[debug]
disable_outlookpoi=1 ; disable outlook database lookup
