FPA files are mostly for Eastern Europe and some Scandinavian countries. Not for the UK.
Did you mean FDA?

There isn't one, you can stretch out the original to fit, but it doesn't look very good.

2012Q1 Building files are available, but i've not seen landmarks, Although an older version is available here...

I haven't seen a later version, these files don't get updated as often as the maps do.
