*.3DL files (which originally stood for Landmark) are kind of old and abandoned. Almost universally replaced by *.3DC (City aka Buildings) in most newer maps. Any 3DL files you might find may be really old.
Building files are here...for example:
Europe-Navteq-Q1-2012-3D-Building-files

However, if you really want 3DL, here is what I have...from 2010 which I think is the last you might see:

You should tell us the countries you require. Just know that too large an area of speedcams on your device can cause error messages though. So keep the area as small as you need.

Many thanks again to YT for the latest tomtom maps for Primo. Any chance of an updated 'buildings ' file for tomtom maps, the one I use is presently three years old. Apologies if it exists in some post here but I couldn't find it.

As far as I know, there have not been any new 'building' files specific to TomTom maps for a while.
But you should be able to use these if they are newer than what you have:
Europe-Navteq-Q1-2012-3D-Building-files
I don't think building files are mapmaker specific, but as usual, I could be wrong.

I have the latest navteq buildings file but I was unaware that these could be used with tomtom maps, thanks again YT, I'll give it a try.

I still find the older tomtom building files are better than the latest navteq building files, at least in the UK

Hi, new here, so be gentle!

I'm after the latest version of Primo & also just the maps for the UK, plus the usual speedcams, POI's, voices, skins etc. Currently running an earlier version (8.5.11.155811with maps dating back to 2011.Q1) on a F&H GPS35LS with a WINCE Core 5.0.

I really want to get the TTS working on this also, found it a great help on the old iGO8 that i used on an older F&H i had. Plus the speach on the current version i'm using stutters a bit, possibly as i'm running it from the microSD card i guess.

I have had a search, before anyone points that out, but i seem to come up against a brickwall when trying to download anything. I either go round in circles or the links don't seem to work! Could i be doing something wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Beware to 'fall' for the numbers game. There is little/no difference between any Primo2 9.6.5.xxx and any other 9.6.5.xxx version regardless of the 'dates' they claim.
