2014? It is too early for that. The latest we have is for 2013.Q1.

i just tried the download and it worked perfectly. what seems to be the problem?

Okay I just used a vpn and it worked
I guess it should say the file is not allowed in your region instead of:

Error: The file you are attempting to download does not exist or has been removed because it violates our terms of use.
