I would like to request any and possibly latest maps for Pakistan and Middle East for iGO Primo 9.x.x ( Middle East 2013 Q2 are already available in the download section. If there is any more recent map I would appreciate it). Thank you in advance for any of your help.

Usually, when I have new maps or any other rare map, I provide it on the maps section.
If it's not there, it's because it is not out yet, or nobody shares it.

Out of interests. How often do they update maps? Last year when in Holland my 2013 could not find a Mcdonalds what I thought was odd until I double checked when I got home to find out it was a new industrial estate it was in.

Maps are updated 4 times a year, hence the Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 (Navteq map versions) or the "extensions" .01, .02, .03 and .04 (TomTom/TeleAtlas) after the year.
Only this: maps are in reality 6 to 9 (or more) months old. Why? The map company makes the maps from data collected and closed on a certain date. These maps are sold to the GPS program makers (TomTom, Garmin, NavnGo (iGO/Primo), ...) who make compressed files of their own making and compression method (iGO/Primo uses .fbl files per country while Garmin, TomTom make combined maps like Europe, Baltic, ....). On the actual release, some time since the map data were collected, has passed.
The same is valuable for POI files.

I an surprised at that nabi. Having said that I suppose its a never ending job. My maps was 2013 Q1 so downloading Q3 now. Another oddity was my mates house in Holland. The map found the street but not his house number. Could be some funny way the Dutch do post codes as his house was once a shop. See if this latest ones fix this.

Well, it may depend on the brand. In my experience, TT/TA is better (more detail, better house numbering, correcter speed limits, ...) than NT/HERE. Well, in my region (which is not Holland, by the way) that is. Using the same TT/TA maps, I did not experience any issue driving trough Germany, Luxembourg, France, Belgium, ... nor Holland.
I am using TT/TA maps since my TomTom (software) days on a CE4.2 PDA back in 2003/2004. The few times I tested Navteq, I found those issues I mentioned above and more. But I never got lost.
As a surplus: I remember that old and at the time already hopelessly outdated TomTom did know some industrial zones in detail (street + number level), where the latest Navteq map ended its knowledge at the beginning of the zone. I was already using iGO8 then.

Well the update fixed the post code/street number problem at my mates house, however it still does not find this place
[Please Register or Login to download file] The 542 is fine but it wont let you enter the 0. Not a problem as I know where it is. I stuck a few places in the favourites from Luxembourg and Germany and its finding them no problem. I may have found a blip
This is igo8 BTW, ill see if Primo finds it later. Now I say that I doubt it as they use the same maps.
