For 3 or 4 maps?
I think you confuse things. You don't need a map changer to drive trough different countries. Primo just uses the map it needs.
MapChanger is a utility that allows you to enable and disable the mapset. Maps are made by TomTom/TeleAtlas, Here/Navteq, Sensis , Topmap, Epsilon, etc.
Different companies, thus. A collection (I mean like Europe or part of it) by one mapmaker is a mapset
Some times it's interesting to switch to a map made by a local mapmaker (example Epsilon for Greece) instead of the major mapset because that local one is more detailed. Or the one set is better in cities, the other in the country. That is what MapChanger is for.
