in data.zip i have 320x240 resolution and in the branding.zip i have 320x240 too

I'm looking at your new sys.txt and I see there so many entries that I'm not sure that you need right now, when nothing works for you.
Are you sure that it is only a resolution problem?

Keep a backup of the new file and copy over it the old one, and make this changes:
[color="#0000CD"]
[interface]
skin="ui_igo8" change to skin="ui_igo8_da"
;resolution_dir="400_240" REMOVE the ";" AND CHANGE TO "320_240"
;vga=1 REMOVE the ";"
[/color]

Delete your "save" folder before re-starting the program.

This is the only thing I can think about right now.
