Just from the screen picture?
Not likely. It could be any of 1000 units. Including a "no-name" Chinese.
Now if there was a picture of some sticker on the back with a Model name or number........

Thanks for the reply.
All it has on the back is 128mb which i guess is internal memory and a 4GB sticker.
On the box is GPS gps navigation and on the side is DL-5006.
And that is it. No serial numbers or name of make.

With the lack of any name, and no logo on the unit or box, chances are then, that it is one of the "Chinese No-Brand" devices sold by dozens of companies, and on e-bay. But that does not necessarily make it bad as a device, it only makes it difficult or impossible to get any additional information on it, and likely no support from whomever originally sold it or imported it.
I tried looking up "DL-5006 GPS" and got a dead long gone page from some seller in the UK.
Are you having some problem with it?

When it's the device on ebay (see my post), it has a sd card slot, which is good news.
Can you say if the nav programs are on the device itself or on the sd card? Start up without sd (empty slot)- what happens?
Is there a connection somewhere, mostly usb, so the device can be attached to a PC?
Can you say what is the iGO build? (menu-help-about)

It has a good amount of ram (128 MB), and a good amount of storage memory (4 GB), so the chances are very good that you could run just about any iGo version you want.
Just answer nabis question above and we can go from there.

The Nav programs are on the devise and it has a mini usb conection and a micro sd slot for expansion.
The below info is all i can get.
amount of ram (128 MB)
amount of storage memory (4 GB)
naviextras.com
Navigation Software 8.5.9.153032
Nav N Go Kft.
I emailed naviextras.com and they said they did not support the device as it could be oem.
Hope this helps.

Well, you have a number of decisions to make.
Currently, you have about a one year old version of Primo...AKA Primo 1.0.
There are newer versions available..1.1, and the newer 1.2, either of which would probably run OK on your unit and be an improvement.
You could install to the SD Card for testing (and you may need to fiddle with how the system starts up), or you could directly replace what you have on internal storage with the newer version, making sure the folder(s) and .exe name is the same as what you have, and the system would just run the newer version without having to 'unlock' or change the menu configuration.
If you can attach the device to your PC by USB cable and be able to see the internal drive and the files/folders it contains, you would be good to go to make the upgrades.
If you want Primo 1.2, I would suggest you download the package I put together here:
:link:
And then download any TTS voices you want from here:
:link:

Then stop..do not do anything with the downloads yet.
First, backup any map and related files you may be using from {Primo}/Content/map, ../content/building, ../content/poi,../content/dem. Also backup the sys.txt file in the Primo folder.
In fact, a good idea (in case anything goes wrong and you want to get back to where you started), is to backup the entire current {Primo} folder to your PC...this could take a while.
Note the exact name of the Primo main folder (could be Primo, Igo, MobileNavigator, etc), and the exact name of the .exe file in that folder (could be Primo.exe, iGo.exe, mobilenavigator.exe, etc).
When you have done all that, and have all that information, post back and we can go from there.

Another option is to just leave it alone if it works OK for you and you don't necessarily care if you have the latest software with the latest options and features.
If you change the software, how you use it and what it looks like will change also. Some people are not comfortable with change and re-learning things.

Don't bother trying to connect, get help, updates, or support from Naviextras, nor to install the "toolbox" software on your PC from there. It will never recognize your device.
