Simulated trip in Primo

Simulated trip in Primo

Postby chas521 » Sun Jan 20, 2013 2:36 pm

Does anyone know how to setup a custom simulated trip in Primo that was allowed in iGO8? All I see is a demo simulation. I can start a simulated trip from my last GPS position but not from another location.

If you go into edit route and press the blue flag symbol, you can then change the start position to wherever you want.Sorry I am not sure if the simulate route will work which was your main question!Just tried it and you CAN!

Thanks for this post. Do me a favor [my battery is almost dead and requires me to hook up to the car] - I'm in my home right now - and see if you can change the position as you described and use that position for a simulated trip. Thanks.

Just done another planned route, and this is how.
Click find and input youre desired destination. This will route you from your present gps position.
When this is calculated and you have pressed GO,now press EDIT route.
Press on the blue flag which is next to your current start position.
You can now change the start position to anywhere you want. You will be told this will disable GPS navigation.
Calulate the route and press GO.
Then go on simulate route ang it will start from your amended start position.

Thanks but I'm sticking with iGO8. It's much easier plus I can use the simulation with audio at a fast rate.
