If I understand correctly, you would like to know where the tmc data is stored to?

It isn't stored anywhere, the data is available through a com port, exactly like the GPS data.
It is possible to capture it and store it in a file but I doubt iGO will be able to use it.

iGO just reads the data from the com port and holds it in ram, it doesn't store it anywhere.

There is software that can read the GPS port and display the raw data, I imagine it'll work on the TMC port as well.

But..i undertand...reading and put on map information....
And i think save in temporary file for recalculate new route....
Tell me...
I found in sys this line....:

[tmc-http]
servers.size=1
servers[0].url="http://zippy.naviextras.com/services/tmclite/data/nng-igo-tmc-iphone/0/"

- You know what is servers[0].url?
It can read data from a webpage? How to be a web file?

That is for online traffic, igo will download the traffic data from there instead of using the tmc receiver, I have no idea if you can download the information to a file and direct iGO to look there instead.

Don't know if this is of any help, but in Primo2 some TMC data is captured to {Primo}\save\.. tmc_provider_list.txt and trafficevents.txt. But both of these are temporary per TMC session. The diMka skin may offer other data to save..such as valid stations, etc.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

I would love to help you but I don't use TMC so I know nothing about it. Be patient my friend. Someone will answer.

I just wonder what you want to do, or expect to use that data for. Without a "TMC Interpreter" (possibly different from one software to another), the raw data is useless. Each entry refers to an event (Traffic Jam, etc), the Time, Location, Distance from current position, etc. It's all temporary and is replaced with newer data in real time as it is broadcast from the radio station.
What is it you want to do?
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.
