It may depend which Garmin that TMC receiver was intended for.
If it was made for a Garmin unit that uses the Garmin OS (a sort of Linux based OS), chances of finding the correct driver or other software needed for it to work on a WinCE unit may be slim to none.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

Connect that tmc reciever to your chinese pna, put igo8, and try with runing auto-scaning com port for TMC , if it detects protocol which use that tmc reciever, and if it's compatible with igo8-Primo , cause igo8-Primo use some of TMC protocols likey - Royaltek, GNS, Amaryllo, etc. , you just need to check if there igo8 detect your garmin tmc reciever, if it would decets, then it will find automaticall protocol for that tmc reciever, and then you'll can info from system.ini use in sys.txt of Primo , otherwise it's useless for your pna, if igo8 doesn't see that tmc reciever.
I'm all what I'm not!
