The map file. But the view is not seen everywhere, but depends on the map, that is if all information is included.
In settings, the view should be enabled.
And before you ask : the same is applicable for tunnel views.

.ftr is truck restrictions, only useful if you drive trucks.
.hnr is pre-processed routing, used to cut down planning time on cross country trips.
