Now that I have iGO8 on my Omnitech. I would like to know if it is possible to put TomToms Mr. Burns of the Simpsons voice on it. I looked at the posts and they say Primo. Can you walk me threw this if possible? Thanks in advance

Sorry but not going to happen. Your device is WinCE while Garmin is Linux-based. It's possible to put WinCE Garmin Mobile XT on your device but it would not have TTS.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

I'm not shure, TTS does that stand for TomTom right? So that means I would have to load TomTom on my Omnitech but it will not load beacause it is Linux-based not WinCE. Does anyone else have great voices?

I am sure. TTS means "text-to-speech." Instead of a voice saying turn left in 50 yards, it says turn left in 50 yards on Elm Street. I do NOT recommend TomTom for a WinCE device.

You are confusing me : "I looked at the posts and they say Primo." This part I don't understand.

About funny voices: there are no funny voices for iGO. Or there are, but no one published them.TT voices won't work on iGO. But you can make your own voices if you like. I read somewhere some one recorded his wife's voice to guide him. So this is possible.

About putting TomTom on your device: it must be possible. Fatboyfun for sure can tell you more.

Tomtom usually works on 64MB WinCE5 devices, but it depends on what files are in the windows directory, Be aware that it is a basic navcore and doesn't support TTS, Although normal celebrity voices like Mr Burns and Homer Simpson work ok.
