want TMC

Postby franka » Mon Mar 07, 2016 9:29 pm

I have an in-car Chinese entertainment system with navigation. The nav program is Primo 2.4

I would like to have TMC working.

Could somebody point me to a TMC receiver that will work with my device, and would it need a hard connection to my device, and tell me what licenses i will need.

Also, what "sys.txt" entrieswould be required.

You can potentially add a USB tmc-receiver, there's a few tutorials about how to hack one up to make it work. Not an easy job though, requires some soldering etc.

If it takes a wifi or 3G Usb dongle you can get traffic over the Internet.
