What the Hell is this Icon

Hi all,
been watching this forum for ages and finally bit the bullet and purchased a double din unit. Have managed to get Primo working straight out of the gate thanks to the valuable info on this forum. I have one question - the icon on the right side of screen of a man with constant revolving green and red arrows as seen here

Are you using any kind of skin?

What happens if you tap whatever it is you are talking about...anything open or change?

Cant seem to resize the image to a small enough file size to satisfy the requirements. On the right side of the screen there is an Icon of a person. I have a green and red arrow revolving constantly. SysTXT below

Sys.txt don't controle the icons. Would you please answer Yurbuh's questions :

Are you using any kind of skin?

And I have one question too: when you don not use a skin, where did you get the program? Maybe the uploader/author made a lot of changes to the original.

In looking over the sys.txt (wow), I bet I can guess.

And Nabi is correct...you have a highly modified Primo version. All bets are off as to how it works and/or what was done to it. Many things may not be "normal" or operate in an expected way.
So your choices are to live with it, keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best, or replace it with a more standard distribution.
