Hi, newbie question, I have read guide on where to put the map files but is it the folder or the contents of the folder you copy

For example --> the directory *\content\map\ - do I place the fbl folder in here or just the contents of the fbl folder?

Fbl folder? Should only be a file xxxxx.fbl

Bad example but I just meant should I just be copying the contents only. I downloaded Europe 2017 Q1 and each of the parts was in a folder after I extracted the .rar files, wasn't sure if I was to place the folder in the respective locations or just the contents, which I now believe its the contents.
