Go 700 and Europe-South

I have a go 700; I have download this map but when try activate (fastactivat) give me this error:
incomplecte map Europe_South-784.meta => .dct error.
Is this meta file wrong or the map it's incomplectete?

The Europe South-784.meta was not in the Intergrated meta.txt of FastActivate 09.06.2013, which is the current version. Run FastActivate Option 1 Update Meta.txt. This meta.txt update has the correct Europe_South-784.meta in it. Attempt to patch the map again. If you get the same error message, re-download the map.
