Let's try the back door approach. Remove (copy) everything from the sil's 710 card, except the map. Copy everything on your 710 card, but the map & paste it in the sil's card. If the computer voices work, then delete the 8.398 Loquendo folder & copy the rest back to the card, overwriting the common files.

I am wondering if I have the right version of 8398 from reading posts on here I understand I need the se version do you have a link for the correct one just to check.

Ok Guys I have fixed it don't know if there was a corruption in the down load or what the problem was. I downloaded the Navcore again and reloaded it put the maps on added the lequendo folder from my 710 and bingo everything now works a treat

yes thank you, I think there must have been a hiccup in the download or extraction the first time it's the only thing I can think of.
