I've a go 720with navcore 9.051.503855.2

I can't activate my map europe 950-6492.

I've this message: you cannot use this map on this device: Europe-100380.

I have windows 8 on my computer and use FastActivate.

How Can i resolve this please?

Put a copy of your ttgo.bif and FastActivate into the map folder and select option 2

I did what you said but the problem is still the same.

Check that a 'Europe-100380.meta.dct' file is being created within the map folder

Yes I may see Europe-100380.meta.dct

Have you patched the navcore...if not, run FastActivate on the device and select option 3, reboot it and you should be good to go

No, 9.510 is current for your 720.
Patch it AGAIN with F/A option 3.

BTW, Europe 950-6492 has been superseded by:
