its running 8300/9372 at the moment whats the most suitable update for this device is it 9205 ?

Just let TTHome up it to the latest/official 8.351

done that but looking for a 9*** navcore that will do and still give all the features the device has

I have had 9.250 with X50 emu on a 720 since it was released. No media player.

X50 emu = device is set to emulate a GO X50 device.

correct tried the x50 config and in media it gave limited options, funny thing is tried 9205.se and it gave me all the media function and voice command with out having to add any config files and as far as i can see i haven't lost any features either

SE 9.205 is defaulted to X40. Auto day/night doesn't function in this mode on my unit, but jukebox does..
