It was just the sd card, not the unit itself tendriver. I use this one on x30 and used Fastactivate to patch... 8.396.go_work.CAB-navcore-GO-WORK.rev1.cab

FFR, we don't recommend formatting anything, except for extreme cases.
"Said you can't use this map with this device". 99% of the time, this means that either the navcore or map/maps have not been patched.

Okay, cheers for that. I tried the map with both FastActivate and Easyusetools. They both seemed to work but where it normally says Europe truck on the map selection screen, after using Easyusetools it said Europe truck.pna which just so happens is a file in the 855 map. Don't know what happened there?

With additional regards to the mem. card which is a class 6 4gb, I seem to get this an awful lot on this compo and this is not just related to that card but any card that I use via usb, they do seem to play up quite a lot and I get the 'scan and fix recommended' windows message before it lets me see the card again. If you don't scan and fix then you can't see the drive contents and if you do scan and fix, you know the card has gone a bit barmy again. Btw, I am on W7.

Every map has a .pna file, which you can change to read whatever in the map select page.
Do yourself a big favor & get a new card.

I will also join the club "go 750 live Truck" with the same freezing start , i have a 750 live and a XXL IQ ROUTES.
Until now i couldnt find a TRUCK navcore to boot ok on any of the models.(not even the 8.393forX50 )
Anyway i am trying all truck navcore models i can find on both TT devices , will tell you the news if i find any , please do the same.

yeap , tried that too, dont remember all navs , doesnt mean you shouldnt try , 2 times is safer than 1.

one thing I can say for sure after testing maraton : the go 750 is unbrickable (take it as a JOKE , i do not make myself responsable...)

Maybe someone can post a 750 burned device evidence so we can stop the madness :P

In fact i am satisfied with the 750 live version , best i had so far , just the Truck Work is being weird ...
