865.xxx maps released today

One question, is it possible to use multiple maps on one device, for instance western europe plus DE AT CH to avoid problems with western and central europe map that do not fit on 2GB devices that do not support SD cards.

No support as in the device does not have a SD card slot?

Yes, it has no SD slot.

You can add & use as many maps as your storage memory has room for.

OK, I'm a n00b, so I'll keep asking a lot of question.
Is there "list" of what's updated with every me or is it simply updated roads.
And about navcore, I'm using 9.053 in my xxl iq routes europe. Should i stick with it or will I gain anything in upgrading to navcore 9.2x

1. If you are asking what is updated in new maps, it is a combination of roads, POIs, cumlative reported errors, etc.
2. The gain is minute & not worth the effort.

So, I guess I'll update my maps to the highest definition possible of the western Europe version only, I live in the corner of European continent and it's very little likely I'll ever need to use it much outside of Portugal.
What would be the best option? the large Iberia plus the 1GB Western Europe or the just the ~1.9GB Western Europe?

Neither one.

I would opt for:



Europe South
Europe South 860.3101 [1626.8MB]
; Europe_South_860_3101

OR


Europe West
Europe West 860.3101 [1446.2MB]

Both are full feature maps. The 865 versions are not available yet.

OK, so I'm getting the europe south 860.3101 while the 865 doesn't come out and pair it with uk and ireland 865.3245

You can do that, but I would use Europe West, which includes UK & ROI, knowing that EW 865 will be posted in the next couple of days.
