930_5563 map under Navcore 9.510 fails ?!

Hi all,

I try to install US_Canada_930_5563 map into my TT GO 930 but it fails.

Here's what I precisely done.
1- formatted my TT
2- connected to HOME 2 (v 2.9.8.3423) that first reinstalled a v.8 of Navcore on a first pass
3- rebooted
4- reconnected to HOME 2 that then installed v.9.510 of Navcore on a second pass
5- asked to HOME 2 for a new USA/Canada map : HOME 2 proposed the 930_5563 one
6- rebooted the TT
7- found the USA_Canada_930_5563 map file and copied its directory into TT root
8- with administrator rights, run FastActivate 2014-06-10 that integrates meta line for this map
9- selected successively and successfully options 1,2,3
10 -rebooted my TT
and finally get error message "You can't use this map on this GPS: USA_Canada-910"

Missed something ?

Welcome to Navitotal.
You didn't miss anything, but you needlessly wasted a lot of your time and effort with your steps 1 thru 10!! I just got thru investigating this same issue with another member. There is a problem either with the map or the meta code. As you found out, FastActivate will patch the map, but it still will not run.

Just wanted to be precise as a forgotten step can lead to a failure (reboot for example).

I stepped back to my previous map, still investigating...

"USA_Canada-910"
i think kouri , you have not right the card selectet,
you have to change the card to US_Canada_930_5563.
Please test it.

I reloaded zip file and compared with former one. Some files were missing. !!
All finally worked great . Thx again Tendriver for your suspicion that made me reload this file.

@Akuhe: Thx for your advice, you're right. The name of the map is USA_Canada_930_5563.
But USA_Canada-910 is the reference of this map in its meta tag

What setup was on your 930 before you formatted it in step 1?

Can you explain what files are missing?
I have the exact same problem with the exact same map. I have downloaded the map twice, but it has the same problem!
