could you help me please.

If you consult the Compatibility Chart, it says Carminat uses map number: 1075.10998

There is no Turkey 1075.10998 map available so you'll have to use an alternative like Europe 1075.10998

Ok, but have a look at Poteo_Roke's document for another 1075.10998 European map that includes Turkey and will fit your SD card.

No, 1075.11000 is for NAV1 devices
