Activating Two Maps

Postby NSquirrel » Sun Jul 21, 2013 7:00 pm

I am sure that this has been mentioned somewhere, although I didn't find it.

I have two maps installed in separate folders on my Tomtom One. Running FastActivate would only activate one and not the other even though I had the meta codes for both.

By making a copy/ or moving FastActivate into the second map folder, and running it, I was able to activate the second map.

My problem was solved -and I hope that this helps others. (Thanks for all the helpful postings here.)

If both map folders, a copy of your device's ttgo.bif file & FA are located in the same area of the same memory, there is no reason for it not to patch both maps at the same time.

Confirmed.
Just to double check I activated 4 maps and 8 voices in one go.
