thanks works great can you share how generate or find a meta form a ledgit map i updated my registerd device this morning but couldnt find the meta to do my hacked units any advise or places too start look would be great thank

Hi DJC Meta is good. Sucessfully tested before I released it and the map. It has been copied from my original post. I have posted it across a few sites already. Hadn't got here until now.

yes tomtom offered me map update 18 months for $49 since i had the current map hehe pirate map and cracked tt system ,at $9
per quarter i thought worth a gamble after all the ultimate is to have them give it to you rather than just copy and crack and compaired to the $149 they used to want it was worth a try. i was happy enough they didnt pick it as being pirate and suprzed it worked
but the my real question is can anyone help me with a better understanding hexi aint my strongest area and i would like to be able to get find or generate meta from the files off tomtom rather than just waiting for the work of others to get around

You can extract the meta code from a legit map using Keygen 4.1D

Hmm, having trouble with that meta. Copied into the meta.txt file in with the new map foler. Run keygen4.1D>make map keys and get the error of "no key for Australia-1.82 meta."

Then tried the download button but could not download a meta?

Any suggestions?

OK, Keygen will now let me download the updated meta. When I run make map keys now, I get the error that 'could not copy meta data file'

"Copied into the meta.txt file in with the new map folder" does this mean that you copied it into the map folder? Just leave it in the keygen.
Did you cut and paste:

into the keygen?

Thanks NRT, seniors moment - WTF I was thinking trying to put the meta into the map folder I don't know. Map now working fine thank you! However, when I go to update with TTHome, I get the error screen:

NRT, are you still getting this error? I have tried again tonight and after login and then trying to get map updates, I now get this message:
