Just noticed a weird thing with my 530 sometimes it switches on automatically when not being used
this is the copy after running tt currentconfig

The first is the sd card with truck map and navcore
the second is Iberia and uk & roi with 9.430 navcore all maps etc are working ok but i cant see UK map on second config ? I usually boot it up with the sd card plugged in.

1. tt currentconfig will only show the active map on the CurrentMap & CurrentMapVersion lines.
2. What do you get if you boot without the card.

If no card inserted it boots to internal drive with iberia and uk maps.

My bad!! I meant, What do you get if you boot without the card, in reference to "but i cant see UK map on second config".

With card out it boots to internal drive with a choice of Iberia or UK.Both maps are shown and work ok.

Ok, so we can disregard the "but i cant see UK map on second config" issue & work on the AutoStart issue.

Sometimes it turns back on almost instantly other times it can take 1/2 hr

That indicates to me that there is a problem writing the watchdog file at shutdown,
do a hard reset followed by 3x the TT clear flash tool.
If still no joy try a clean install on an empty device.

All the above instructions have been carried out and I will report back in a few days the results
