2. offtopic:i boght a go910 that does charge the battery and even when conected to the pc and changer the maximum that happens is going and staying in a screen where you see a green background and a white drawing of a tomtom device. the yellow bar doesnt even start or shows and the pc doesnt detects the tomtom.
sorry for the offtopic .

1. There is no such jpegd file , Photos go in a folder on the root of your device called "photos"

2. Have you tried holding the small reset button for 30 seconds ?

Hi,

I just wanted to say a big thanks for this info...I've now updated my Go710 following this thread to navcore 9.103 and western & central europe maps 850.2800.
All works like a dream except for 2 minor things I've noticed...

One is that although I can select a song in Tomtom jukebox I can't hear it playing...I have selected the internal speaker but there is no sound. Also Although my Tomtom finds my phone (Samsung sgh-e250v on vodafone PAYG) when I select Tomtom services it doesnt matter what service I try i.e weather is say's it cannot connect to live service's.

I just wondered if there was a fix for either or both of these minor problems.

All the best, and thanks for a great site.

Tomtom jukebox now fixed just the phone problem to go now.
