Bluetooth Error - Not connecting to phone!

I have a problem with a TT One New Edition, navcore 8.412.1236. When I`m trying to connect to mobile phone, it search for phones, ask me if i want to connect to <name> and when i press connect... it say that the device(phone) may not be working, be in use. what can i do?

have you got the 4 files starting with connect2internet. in the root of your device ?

i pasted them to my sd... but the same pb...connecting .... then it`s stops...:(

Are you using a setconfig.txt file, you might need the switch bton in there see this post here to create one http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?917-Switchfiles-for-dummies

i extracted the connect2internetfiles into the root, i extracted the config folder into with the following files:
cycle: ori
model: ori
setconfig: model:ori
runclean
viewmsg
sdid:1
runcheck
changedtext:TomTom ONE New Edition ;)
delgns
ttsoff
bton
fmon
rm
nomsg
usesetting
cleanflash
noqfixdel

version: A:8412 (navcore)
B:9183 (built- this i think it`s wrong)


and it`s didn`t start..it show me TomTom and frezzes.. what can i do?

You did not read the link i gave you properly, you dont need all them switches just use thes below in your setconfig.txt

runcheck
bton
fmon
rm

well... just Config folder with setconfig.txt

runcheck

rm

. When i trt to connect via BT wrotes: "An error occured while searching for phones. Do you want to try again? No Yes" nothing,
the device have bluetooth, i`ve pasted connect2internet files too...

It is possible that your phone simply is not compatible - you can on the TT Homepage, but only for the TTmodels not the Navcore directly.
But is there is a TT model that supports your phone than we could try the corresponding Navcore on your TT.
Other option would be to just a different Navcore like the 8.417 or the 8.56x to see if there is a difference.

on my tomtom also is written "bluetooth"... at what i could use that function? transferring files and connecting mobile phones to TT device.i`ll try another navcore.i`ll post mt results.thanks

no chance. right now i have ob my tt 8.417.runs well but still without bluetooth :(

like downunder said, not every phone is supported...

if a friend of yours have a cell phone, try with his just to see....
