Bootloader to English.

I have a TT XL IQ routes. I have installed the latest Navcore 9.510.1234792.1 and the latest UK map 1105_11752.
Please can someone tell me how change the boot Language from Lithuania to English. I Boot No. Krovimasis 5.5259. The NavCore and maps and navigation all work perfectly.

I imagine the bootloader needs to be changed. Maybe it isnt possible but some help and advice would be great. I'm 75 so need it explained in simple terms. Thanks. Kind regards to all.

Do a full backup of the system and then extract this new navcore to the root of your device, overwriting everything it asks about. You will then have to repatch the system with FastActivate.

Maybe another member might know how to change the language of the bootloader menu but it should make no difference to the operation of the device anyway...and no, it doesn't need updating.

Thank you Fredderf for your reply. I cant seem to download the 541 Navcore at the moment. I will try again later. I used the Navcore installer from downunder and hadnt realised it wasnt the latest version. Yes your right it all works fine but all the menus in a foreign language that I dont understand makes it hard work. Thanks again for you help.

Don't you have the option to "change language"?

Hello Biggerdave I have Jane and Tim uk voices. Also a greyed out Lietuviskai voice which cant be selected. I formated the xl before I changed the Navcore and Maps. I have just updated to 541 thanks to Fredderf. All the instructions are in English but the menu pages are all foreign which as you can imagine is a pain.

Surely just going to Change Preferences/Change Language will (should) give the various languages which can be changed so show menus etc in your chosen language (although you could be stuck with voices installed?)

Thank you Biggerdave I hadnt noticed that since loading 541 the language option on the menu has appeared and all is well. I notice the clock now works also.
