Camera warning times

Postby dingodog » Fri Mar 09, 2012 3:43 pm

HI
Plugged my TT XL into computer and it updated the navcore to 9.401 via TT Home, I'm running UK and NI v 880.3810 thanks to this great site. I had to re patch my TT with fast activate to get it to work again but the problem is I cannot set the distance from the speed cameras in either time or distance to activate the warning, it's not in the menu anymore, any ideas and thanks in advance.

On my GO with 9.401, Speed Cam setup is in Main Menu, TomTom Services.

Thanks for the reply tendriver, yes that is where it normaly is but when I go in there I get the selection of different types of cams fixed mobile etcand when I select one of those it takes me straight to the "warn me when approaching the camera" choice of which I select Always, then I get the warning sound to select but after that it goes back to the sound selection and nothing more, the option for distance or time from the camera has just vanished lol

When you go to Main Menu, TomTom Services, Speed Cameras, what 4 options do you see?

So with this navcore version you cannot set the warning to beep in either time or distance.

I have no problem with it, I set it to warn 15sec prior and only when speeding with a custom warning sound....
