Can anyone tell me why the old speed camera works and the new one won't [SOLVED]

Mon Sep 15, 2014 3:07 pm

Hi TomTom Go 730 TRUCK MAP ,935, NAv 9.7 >Speed camera dct created in in map folder, TomTom services, warning preferences all have sound attached , Also tested on tt one xl 935 Uk & ROI with same results

I have spent all day on trying to get the 2x tt to detect hot spots on 3 different known roads with active camera vans on them with the newer updates with no luck. tested with latest FA and Easy tools,EasyActivator6.15

The results i keep getting are the same Prior to updates..23.07.12 ..file size ov2 240 KB
( All older updates work fine even with spoken voice}
TomTom Official Speedcams 23.07.12.rar Motorway/flyover and the 3 roads Demo tested, all know van sites and fixed cameras detected.

After updates ..16.04.13 File size 165 KB
Speedcams -premium+normali-16.04.13
Speedcams -premium+normali-07.05.13
TomTom Official Speedcams 09.09.2014

The motorway/flyover vans are detected
but the 3 A roads do not show up ?

Is there anyway to merge the old file with the new file so all cameras are detected

Some time ago the UK&ROI cut their speedcam database drastically. There is nothing that we can do about it.
TT speedcams can not be edited or merged!!!

Most fixed speed cameras in the UK were turned off due to budget cuts, TomTom responded by removing them from the database.
