Put FastActivate.exe, your ttgo.bif ( old or new makes no difference) & the Intergrated meta.txt in the F/A download in the map folder . Run opion 2.

Thanks to Razorblatter my problem is fixed. It has to do with my connection to the internet. I couldn't download the fastativate file and couldn't update the meta.txt with fastactivate. I could download the program at work,though. So he did the work for me. What a great guy! Thanks for everyone's help.

(Okay, I hope mnman will confirm this but I think we can close this topic.)
I offered a TeamViewer session and was able to create a meta.dct with no problem on my side (of the globe).
For some reason FastActivate did not work as expected on the end of mnman.
No clue what the problem was but even updating the meta.txt did not work.
